Call for the funding of health R&D&I projects, as the main source of support for research carried out within the SNS and research centres linked to its scope.
Projects of proven quality with the following main objectives will be funded:
- The transfer and application of scientific and technical knowledge to improve disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment, and activities promoting public health and health services.
- Foster synergies, boost talent and employability, and strengthen governance structures that bring together the scientific and technical capacities of SNS healthcare centres.
- Promote the incorporation of young research staff into knowledge generation, leading their first research project in a public competitive call.
